Manager Kayla was amazing! When we were seated the restaurant was not crowded. Servers walked past our table without stopping after being seated for 15 minutes. I finally stopped someone who came right away with coffee in hand. She took our drink order and left to prepare. Our server who had walked past our table several times finally stopped to take our drink order. When we ordered our food mine came out cold and hard. That is when I asked for a manager. She was an absolute delight. I was very appreciative of her willingness to work with me and how kind she was. Many thanks for her customer service. This interaction alone give me high ratings for this restaurant. I would also like to thank sever Carlos and the young lady that stopped by that finally acknowledged us. Kudos to those three!
