First Watch is hands down one of my favorite breakfast joints. Seriously, the vibes are always so good there – bright, cheerful, and just makes you feel good from the moment you walk in. The menu? Amazing. Everything is so fresh, and you can tell they really care about the ingredients. We also had an excellent worker! Shadia was just the absolute best. So on top of everything, super friendly, and really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to find service that good. If you go, hope you get her! Food was delicious! I’ve been to First Watch before, but this was my first time visiting the Boca Raton location, and it did not disappoint! I stopped by on a weekday morning, so it was nice and calm, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast. A special thank you to my server, Shadia, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. She made sure everything was just right and provided excellent service from start to finish. I ordered the Trifecta with waffles, pork sausage, and a mimosa, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The waffles were light and flavorful, the sausage was cooked perfectly, and the entire meal arrived quickly. You can really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I’ve always enjoyed First Watch, and this Boca Raton location definitely lived up to the standard. If you’re looking for a relaxed breakfast or brunch spot with consistently fresh food and excellent service, this is a great place to visit. I’ll definitely be back!
