This was my first time visiting First Watch, and it definitely won't be my last! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Our server, Alex, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. He made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I especially appreciated the variety of healthy options on the menu without sacrificing taste. It's refreshing to find a restaurant that offers delicious meals while also catering to those looking for healthier choices. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Great food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend First Watch, and if you have the chance, ask for Alex! First Visit, Five-Star Experience: Joy Made First Watch Bowie Town Center Shine! My first visit to First Watch at Bowie Town Center was a ladies’ brunch outing, and I can already say it will not be my last! The restaurant has a warm, modern, farm-fresh atmosphere with plenty of natural light and a nice variety of seating, including comfortable booths and traditional tables. Our server Joy was truly a joy! She had a wonderful personality, stayed attentive to our needs, and was extremely helpful when recommending entrées and drinks. Her suggestions were right on point, and I genuinely enjoyed both the conversation and the hospitality she brought to our experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, affordable, and beautifully presented. Our table enjoyed savory breakfast options, a loaded steak-and-egg hash, and the Banana Brittle French Toast, which arrived topped with caramelized bananas, blueberries, sliced almonds, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. The lavender drink was especially refreshing and made the perfect brunch pairing. Honestly, I will let the visuals do the rest of the talking! I also appreciated seeing several healthier breakfast and brunch choices, including steel-cut oatmeal and avocado toast. They also offer a children’s menu, which makes this a convenient option for families, group outings, and casual weekend brunch dates. First Watch opens early and closes at approximately 2:30 p.m., so this is strictly a breakfast, brunch, and lunch destination. Unfortunately, dinner is not served. It is best to join the waitlist or make arrangements ahead of time, especially during busy periods. As long as your name is on the waitlist before closing, you should generally be in good shape, but I still recommend arriving early and allowing extra time. Our wait was approximately 30 minutes. I had the pleasure of meeting manager Mark so I could personally compliment Joy’s excellent service and share how much we enjoyed the overall experience. It is always refreshing when both the service team and management make guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Free parking is available at Bowie Town Center, which makes this a convenient brunch option in Bowie, Maryland. On my next visit, I am looking forward to trying the Honey Butter Biscuit Bites and the Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast because both sound absolutely delicious. Thank you again to Joy, Mark, and the entire First Watch team—from the front of the house to the back of the house—for providing such a wonderful first-time service experience. This is am great chain for breakfast. We normally find a Frost Watch when we travel. This location is great as well as Frost Watch as a whole. Healthy food at the right portion Everytime. Grab a Million Dollar bloody Mary now and then always a great brunch cocktail.our server was spot on and the was great as always.
