I can confirm that there’s poor service and this location frequently get orders wrong. Two items were missing in my call in order. The beverage was missing and instead of a waffle, toast came with my order. I’m dissatisfied with the attention to detail, experienced the low quality of service, and wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this restaurant. The inside of the restaurant could also use a deep cleaning as the surfaces and floors were dusty and dirty. Food: 1 Service: 1

Whew! Is all I can say! The WORST First Watch experience I have ever had! I travel A LOT and try to find First Watch for consistency, this was NOT it. We waited for over 45 minutes after our waitress just stared through us as we ordered. I asked if she had it, she said yes and of course she didn't. My order was completely wrong. My husbands egg white onelet came with raw kale and mushrooms and cold tomoatoes. After speaking with the Manager and walking our food to the kitchen, he said oh a refire will only take a few minutes, 30 minutes later our food does come and it does come correct. He did take care of our bill but that wasn't the point. We wanted good expedient service. Our server came back not to ask us about how our 2nd meal was ,but to ask if we had paid. SMH!
