I recently visited First Watch for breakfast today and had a mixed experience. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which had a really tasty sauce, but overall it felt a bit underwhelming. The filling seemed sparse, the spinach I added was raw, and the chicken had quite a few fatty pieces that I didn’t enjoy. On the positive side, I really liked the side salad with the lemon dressing; it was very flavorful, though quite acidic. The coffee wasn’t great, which was a bit disappointing for a breakfast spot. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, and the service was excellent, which definitely made the visit more enjoyable.
