I have been to this First Watch multiple times (and others) and I have never been more disappointed. It was 7 mins before waitress even greeted us and got our coffee order, she brought back coffee pot enough for one person and said I'll bring more we are brewing some now.... never brought more. Amd how do you run out of coffee during breakfast. They maybe had 7 occupied tables. After another 15 min wait we finally had to flag down the hostess to try and place an order for our food. We waited again for another 25 mins to get our food (eggs, bacon, sausage and toast... nothing fancy). When we received our food it was barely lukewarm at best. Could never get our waitress' attention to let her know until after another 10 mins. She came over, let her know and stated she would get a manager to come over. She came back pretty quickly, started grabbing our plates and said have a great day. I asked if a manager was coming and she said no he told her to just take the plates and not charge. Tip to the manager... go to the table and speak to that customer... and validate their concern. Especially... when they can see you and tell that your not busy. This use to be my fav place... not anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
