Great job to the entire staff, especially Zak. Seamless experience from start to finish. Food was excellent, but the customer service was through the roof, and they have high ceilings. Had the power breakfast wrap, came out within 3 minutes of ordering. Hot, fresh, and incredible. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I came here for Mother’s Day to celebrate my wife, the mother of our children. Everyone we encountered was delightfulfrom the various hosts who greeted us and took our pictures to our server, Sam, who was easygoing, professional, friendly, made great recommendations, was kind and attentive, and executed everything perfectly. The team who helped us with extra napkins, utensils, and other small needs did so effortlessly. We are very grateful that all eight of us were able to celebrate here. Thank you to everyone at First Watch Madison. Also, Special recognition to Viv, Roman, Kat, and the young lady with the daisy earring: I believe she’s the manager.
