I had an amazing experience here. The place is beautiful, the food was delicious, and everything was simply perfect. What truly made the experience special was Brittany’s service. She was incredibly kind, attentive, fast, and efficient the entire time. Everything came out quickly, she was always checking on us, and she made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Brittany! I want to start out with the positive the atmosphere is beautiful and the first time I came here I had a great time and the service was amazing. This time was different the minute I walked in I could see the distain on my servers face. He did not want to server my sister and I and I felt his negative energy the whole time and that sucked because the first time I came the girl that I had was super sweet. He checked on us a total of 3 times. One time in the beginning to offer us some coffee which from my assumption was complementary but I guess I was wrong it was not even though I could’ve sworn he said it was but whatever. Second time to ask what meal we wanted and third to give us the bill. I couldn’t even ask for anything extra with my meal because no one was around to help us. Our food was lukewarm and our buttermilk biscuits tasted old. The buttermilk biscuits were the main reason I even came back because they were so good last time.
