We had a wonderful breakfast experience at First Watch on Flagler Street. The food was fresh, delicious, and served promptly, but what really made our visit special was our waitress, Gaby. Gaby provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Beyond excellent service, she was a pleasure to talk with—an inspiring young lady with a positive attitude and great conversation skills. It's refreshing to meet someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in making customers feel valued. Thank you, Gaby, for making our morning so enjoyable.
