We came in for breakfast, and unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by the manager, Christian. He was rude and came across as unprofessional during our visit. I believe management should focus on improving customer service, as the interaction left a poor impression. Thankfully, our server, who also happened to be named Christian, completely turned the experience around. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service from start to finish. The food was delicious, and we had planned to order the waffles because they looked amazing, but we ended up canceling the order since we were too full. We would definitely return because of the great food and the outstanding service from our server, Christian. I just hope the manager’s approach to guests improves, as it took away from what could have been an excellent breakfast experience. While the restaurant itself is quite nice and our server was very nice, our food was less than mediocre. I ordered eggs over medium with bacon, potatoes, and toast and my husband ordered poached eggs, potatoes and link sausage. My eggs were over hard, our potatoes burned, my million dollar bacon was not million dollar bacon and the butter on my toast not the least bit melted. My husband’s meal came out in parts. We were there at 1:00 so they weren’t busy. Seems the cooks are not able to multi task. We won’t go back for a while if ever. It’s a shame, the First Watch by my office is so good,. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
