The service is absolut excellent! The people in the restaurant, common areas, house keeping are super kind. Everything is super clean in every area and space of the hotel and restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff genuinely regard to fullfil all the wishes of the guests (my girlfriend has gluten intolerance and they had always good options for her to eat properly!) It was always everything fresh cooked. The breakfast options are diverse and enough for every taste and need. There are cocktails and alcoholic beverages as well. The heating is comfortable even in low winter temperatures. And the best of all, it has a cozy traditional bavarian Style with a perfect location and nice views to the Alpes We will sure come back soon Service: 5
