This business has sadly closed, but is misleading loyal customers and local residents into thinking it is still open for business. Tonight my partner encountered two elderly residents from Balgowlah Village complex who were dressed for dinner and didn't realise the business has shut its doors. It is understandable with COVID that businesses will sadly fail - so be honest and will will respect you.

Very friendly staff and nice ambience. Scallops from Queensland were good and the chowder tasted good with lots of seafood. Very filling!

What a hidden treasure the Fish Cafe is! The restaurant was spotlessly clean. I was very impressed with the Staff who were all well presented, most attentive, engaging, customers not waiting to be noticed, they continually unobtrusively move throughout the restaurant monitoring and attending to customers every need, never too busy to assist with questions about the menu or available wines and serving them all in a very timely manner. The menu is comprehensive and the fresh well presented food was to die for with empty plates promptly cleared. A very well managed flowing operation that made dining a real pleasure. A hidden treasure that needs to be exposed! Well done Fish Cafe Balgowlah, you can take pride in your restaurant.
