The cod, a very good quality, was huge with a shatteringly crisp, golden batter that wasn't greasy at all. Chips were fluffy inside and crispy outside covered with plenty cheese. And the homemade curry sauce elevated the whole meal. I highly recommend it. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Phoned order through from maidstone for half hour only had to wait couple of mins for fish to finish cooking. I can honestly say it was probably the best cod and chips mum and me had had. We both left chips reluctantly but I couldn't get another mouth full down but all the fish was eaten Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just had the best chips from the Fish Inn. I rate them as the best fish and chips in Ashford (they are our regular) but tonight's chips were almost as good as when I cook chips (when I get it right that is): they were lovely and crispy with a fluffy centre, and their batter is the best as well. The whole lot was delivered hot and the delivery driver is always really polite and friendly. I was really impressed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
