I'm so sorry, but I think this is the worst Fish and chips restaurants that I've been to. Their burger patties are hard and tasted so bad. Don't really recommend the restaurant. Not at all. My burger is still better than them. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Fish Machine is a decent spot for a quick fish and chips meal, but it’s not without its ups and downs. The fish is usually cooked well, with a crispy batter that has a satisfying crunch, although it can occasionally be a bit greasy. The chips are hit or miss—sometimes they’re perfectly golden and fluffy, but other times they can be a little undercooked or soggy. The menu is straightforward, offering all the basics you’d expect from a fish and chips shop, along with a few other fried options. Prices are reasonable for what you get, and portion sizes are generous. However, the quality can be inconsistent depending on the day or time of visit. Service is generally fine, though it can be slow during peak times. The staff are friendly enough, but there’s not much in the way of atmosphere—it’s more of a grab-and-go place than somewhere you’d want to linger. Overall, Fish Machine is a solid choice when you’re craving classic fish and chips, but it doesn’t particularly stand out. It’s good for a quick, casual meal, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.
