I’m honestly disappointed with the service from Fishaways lately. Management really needs to look into the preparation and delivery times. I came here to leave a review only to realise I had already given a 1-star review before for the exact same issues. What made it worse this time was that the delivery tracker showed my order as delivered and completed when I still hadn’t received it. This has become a terrible habit and it’s extremely frustrating as a customer. The food may be good, but the service and reliability are really letting the brand down. Wish I read other reviews before eating here. I ordered the fish wrap. It was the saddest looking wrap I ever saw. It included some fish goujons with a few lettuce leaves and some tomatoes. Giving it 2 stars because it was freshly made but it was bland and tasteless. Had to force myself to eat it because I was hungry. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Not happy 2nd time ordering food and telling the stuff no tomatoe on my meal first time I had a whole tomato diced to fill u wrap 2nd time same thing and my hake was raw and still frozen Price per person: R 100–200 Food: 1 Service: 1
