Got the wrong order twice had to drive to the store to rectify i still got the wrong order. The lady manager was not helpful shouting at me over the phone Telling me that i should call Mr D and ask for my refund. I dont know how she is the manager at fish aways dk square. Im not happy and not returning to that store Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely disappointed with the service here. My family and I were first in the queue and waited over an hour after pur order was taken for a very small order. Even after ordering, we watched customers who arrived long after us receive their food while we got nothing. There was zero communication, no updates, and not even an apology from the staff. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, unorganized, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bad bad service, no proper handling of food , useless staff that apparently work of of emotion . No sense of urgency at all . Incompetent in many ways . You guys suck . Price per person: R 1–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
