One of the best restaurants I've been to in Savannah! Love the design of the place and staff are excellent as well. With a few improvements, it could really be the best restaurant in the city. We ordered the oysters, crudo, tartare, cabbage, Georgia shrimp, scallop, and rainbow trout. All of the dishes were plated beautifully and were seasoned super well! Especially loved the tuna crudo, it tasted like a Thai seafood salad. The oysters with yuzu sauce were amazing as well! Loved the trout as well, such a great way to serve it as well with the capers and tomato sauce! Really everything was delicious. The only dish that didnt drive me The dishes each came out one at a time, which was fine but I would have liked a bit more at once. The service was all super attentive and great! One of the best restaurants in Savannah. Everything felt on point from the service to the food to the overall vibe of the space. The interior is beautiful, and sitting at the chef’s table watching the fish cook over an open flame was such a memorable touch. Gabriella took great care of us . She is super warm, and every recommendation she made was exactly right. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and it makes the whole experience better. Definitely a place I’d come back to and confidently recommend. Price per person: $90–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Whole Grilled Red Snapper, Seared Diver Scallop, Roasted Sweet Potato, Grilled Shrimp and Slaw

Fishbar is by far one of our favorite dining experiences in Savannah! The service team was extraordinary, and our primary server was Clay, who had perfect suggestions! The cocktails were so unique, but each was delicious. Even the anchovy oil washed martini! (yes, anchovy-So good) The atmosphere was very nice, and we saw a very nice outdoor patio that we will have to try! As for the food, it was all outstanding! Each item was just as good as the one prior. Very impressive! We will definitely be back soon to try more menu items! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
