If I could give them a zero star I would I ordered crab legs for the second time and they were terrible no flavor I had to scrape the meat off of the shell you could tell that they were left over three strikes they're out I will never eat there again my husband stomach was upset after this ordeal Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100

Well this most definitely will be my last time patronizing Fishermans Island They don't wear mask or gloves during the pandemic Didn't add my lobster tail got home noticed after I ate 2 Shrimp's called immediately and was told I would have to bring all the food back so they can see I didn't eat the lobster tail and since I ate out the food that you guys messed up and I paid for your not going to give me my lobster lobster not to mention no one is allowing you to bring anything back from home at this time during Covid19 that raises a red flag to me also. I was totally blown away when the young lady said we cursed at her just to have a reason to hang up ... liar and god awful customer service. This isn't the first mistake ...they totally gave me the wrong order and refused to replace it I never order fish I get the same thing ever since they opened.. It had all this nasty lemon butter sauce all over it like Xtra xtra just a nasty flavor then they forgot my cake (on another visit) when I called in the girl said oh I ate it.. That was the last one yea that's the same thing u said when I ordered and paid for it "oh this is the last one too" .. I was told before the covid when we get more cake we'll replace it Just stop by to check .. months later still no cake.. Bottom line there just awful to there customers and don't care at all as long as they get business.. Oh and the corn was super old like I don't even kno why I bit into from the looks of it as if it was sitting there wet all day just old .. A very sad day awful food and service by the workers at Fishermans island Not to mentioned I'd go here several times in one month Lost a good customer
