The service here was honestly off-putting. No greeting, no basic communication, and a noticeably annoyed attitude while we were trying to order. When my partner tried to be polite, he was met with silence. The only interaction we got was being pointed to the payment screen before the employee walked away. Not a great experience. Can’t speak on the food as we are still waiting for it but the experience with one of the employees is enough for me to not come back. Service: 1

As much as I have loved Fit Bar in the past & acknowledge their food is worth the wait, I was scolded for not ordering ahead (I ordered at 9:10 AM and arrived close to estimated pickup time at 9:45 AM, only for the order to be ready at 10 AM) AND for a bag fee (when I paid for a separate item & requested a bag fee of ten cents to be added). It sucks to be reprimanded for following the breakdown & protocol, especially considering I've had stellar experiences in the past. I'll try again in a few months, but absolutely avoid ordering in-person & expect hour-long pre-order pick-up times between 9 & 11 AM. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
