Fitwoo uses fresh ingredients and with no additives. Whether using the full meal prep or the individual meals you can guarantee they will taste great. The stir fry and the meatloaf are my favorites. I order weekly and have it shipped to my door! been a client for over a year now.

Lacy is very knowledgeable about putting good things into our bodies. I love her drive to make others see this also, so that you can reap the benefits of a healthy body and mind. Her positivity is inspiring and she is always striving to be uplifting.
I have never personally used the meal prep services but I follow her page and I purchased her new cookbook (which btw is amazing). ????????
If you are having a hard time with weight loss or muscle tone reach out to her and her team. They won’t disappoint.

I've used FitWoo Nutrition local Meal Prep for over a year now and its awesome! I've lost 60 pounds and kept it off. I changed my eating schedule and its so easy. No cooking and they deliver to my work. Thanks ladies!
