3 meals were missing from my box. I wrote to customer service and NEVER got a response, despite trying to contact them several times. ** I would be surprised if you don't have orders in my name because I ordered FitMenu for several weeks. With another email address than this one, but under the same name. Order number was 237223. Never reordered after this bad experience. Service: 1

Hello Madame Chabot, We have read your review and are sorry to hear that you experienced problems …Hello Madame Chabot, We have read your review and are sorry to hear that you experienced problems with your order. After carrying out several searches, unfortunately we could not find any orders in your name or email address. *mAj ; your order number does not correspond to any orders since 2021. I invite you to send an email to info@fitmenu.ca with your order confirmation. Your name is non-existent in our files too, unless your order was placed between 2019 and 2020, so I am really sorry that you had a bad experience more than 3 years ago but know that we improve our service from year to year Sincerely, The Fitmenu teamMore
