Absolutely terrible experience at Hotel Elvira! The hygiene was appalling dirty rooms, filthy bathrooms, and an unbearable stench. The sheets were not changed for five days, which is simply unacceptable. The water was ice cold, making showers impossible, and the rooms were freezing, with no proper heating. It felt like they didn’t care at all about their guests’ comfort or basic cleanliness. This place should not even be allowed to operate as a hotel. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy staying in unhygienic, freezing conditions! Service: 1

Salve signorina Juric siete state ospiti insieme ad altre 60 persone avete un capo gruppo dove poter riferire i vostri problemi dopo 4 notti che stata nostra ospite si è ricordata di lamentarsi solo oggi tramite recensioni… siete a dir poco imbarazzanti a scrivere tutte queste fandonie Cari saluti
