Not great. Chips not particularly fresh and lots of chip bits. Didn't feel particularly great after eating them. I appreciate costs have increased but £5 for more of a medium portion rather than a large size. Veggie burger just a bog standard cheap vegetable patty in a bun. No salad. Nothing special about the cod. Not the light crispy golden batter you'd expect or want but the brown smooth one that doesn't set the world alight. Fish’s and chips were tasteless and full of grease, fish in particular was dripping with palm oil. Overall - rubbish and poor quality would definitely not recommendlook at the queues on a busy day and you will notice this restaurant does not have long queues (funny that), went to this one for the first time and will never be returning. Possibly the worst fish and chips I have ever had. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Popped in on a wet Sunday teatime for tea by the sea. Staff very helpful and friendly food was very tasy and well cooked , however £31 for fish n chips, mushy peas and ketchup x 2 was a bit of a shock Four stars from us This what they say online ....
