Ridiculous prices and terrible wait times. If you want Five Guys for lunch, you'll have to order two days in advance. The building is designed horribly and is super loud and echo-y due to how open it is, which makes waiting that long inside feel horrendous. The food is fine, but for all the trouble it is to get it and the prices they charge, that food has got to change my life to be worth it. Staff themselves were not an issue and were working hard when I was there despite the wait times, but due to the building being so awful to just be in, there's no way I can rate "Service" any higher than a 3. I think a lot of the problems are something for upper management and corporate to be fixing, not the local guys. Unfortunately these problems have deterred me from ever visiting again though. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Five guys always has good food. However, the last few times I’ve went and I order a bacon burger, I get my food and there’s just no bacon on it at all. As for all five guys, prices are crazy in this economy. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
