This was my first time to five guys and I had a great experience. I ordered over the app for pick up. I got there earlier than my pickup time the staff was very nice, gave me my cup while I waited and when I received my food it was nice and go and fresh EVERYTHING! I ordered a small burger which still seemed big and tiny fries which weren’t so tiny lol. I will definitely come back here! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by this Five Guys location in Irving and had a really solid experience. If you’re familiar with the brand, you know exactly what to expect — fresh burgers made to order and generous portions of fries. The burger was cooked fresh and tasted great. I like that you can customize it with a lot of toppings at no extra charge, which makes it easy to build it exactly how you want. The fries were classic Five Guys style — a big portion and perfectly crispy. The Cajun fries had a nice seasoning and were definitely enough to share. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were friendly. Orders came out quickly and everything felt fresh since they cook the burgers right in front of you on the grill. Overall, this is a good stop if you’re in the Belt Line / Irving area and craving a solid burger and fries. Simple menu, fresh ingredients, and consistent quality — exactly what Five Guys is known for. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have heard good things about this place and I decided to try it today and when I say a total disappointment. The burger was tasteless and the fries were mushy and soggy with grease. The bag was soaked with grease when I arrived home. I attempted to crispy them in the air fryer epic fail. Never in my life have I spent 23.00 for a burger and fries that turned out to be a bag of greasy sloppy mushy mess. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. If I could dispute the charge with the bank I would because flushing $23.00 down the toilet is not what I had planned when I stopped here. I wish I could upload the pictures of this garbage Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
