Five Guys never disappoints—always great food! The burgers and fries are consistently delicious, hot, and made just right. What really stood out this visit was the outstanding customer service. Isabel was amazing! She was smiling, friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Her perfect attitude made the whole experience even better. She’s an absolute gem and a credit to the team. The food was not what I expected. If you don't ask what comes in the burger than you wouldn't know its only buns and meat. You be very unhappy once you get your order. Than my burger is smashed like if they sat on it. 1st time and my last time visiting this place. My wife was always wanting to visit since they opened but it was a disappointment. Broke my 13 years of being a vegetarian as a 21 year old and I must say it was a truly nostalgic and exceptional experience to have 2 juicy patties, maybe 3 or 4 slices of tasty cheese melting from the patty style, a soft bun, crunchy lettuce, juicy tomato, and tango mayo entering my system.
