This was my first time eating at Five Guys, and I have to say, the food was great! Everything was fresh and delicious, and the other staff members were pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat overshadowed by the cashier, Ashley P., who was very rude and made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service makes a big difference, especially when it’s your first visit. I’m happy to give credit where it’s due—the food was excellent, and the rest of the staff were friendly. I just hope management will address the customer service issue so future customers can have a better overall experience. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

In the past my experience has not been good but returned after my six month hiatus. New afternoon crew was present. The cashier didn't understand my fries order and her manager stepped in to assist us. A slight language barrier but with a professional display of patience the manager helped the cashier and I was able to order 'light' cooked fries. The manager stepped back to the cook to ensure my fries were cooked light. In summary, the overall energy was great from cashier, prep, cook and leadership. I'm very finicky about my grilled dog and fries not being overcooked. Six months ago I returned my fries twice, do I took a break from 5Guys. Glad it's back on point with quality services. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
