I have never had a problem with both five guys In Springfield, we waited to eat our cheeseburgers when I got back home which Is 30 minutes away and they both were pink . We kept thinking maybe we tear that piece off the rest will be fine, but no the whole burger on both were pink. I let the office know about it. Because five guys Is way to high to throw away and not eat. They said they would get me giftcards and nothing has been sent! I sent the picture of the raw cheeseburger. Will go somewhere else for cheeseburgers! Price per person: $10–20

Burgers and fries are top notch in my books. Always a welcome in and friendly staff. Only had stale peanuts 1 time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Voted Best French Fries, Regular Fries

Burger was delicious as always. Homeless man sleeping right next to the building. Pretty sure his feces were on the sidewalk right outside the entrance. Needs some work. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
