The fries come in a little bag half the size of any other 5 guys and they dont offer the meal that other 5 guys are offering. The owner is obviously cheap and gonna run this place into the ground. Ill never be back to this location. This place doesn't deserve to call itself "5 guys" I've been a 5 guys customer for over a decade and I've never been able to say I've left a 5 guys hungry after a meal until today. I had trouble with my legs and didn't feel stable to walk to a table and the manager simply walked me to a table and brought me extra napkins and ketchup. NOW THAT'S RARE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wrapped burgers :)

We visited when they first opened this location. Ordered online and even after notifying them I had arrived they still didn't have my order ready. HOWEVER, since then their service has been excellent. I've ordered online and in house. No problem. My kids love the shop and the food. Restaurant has always been bright and clean and friendly. Also, five guys is your typical fast food shop. You will have to wait at least 10 minutes to get your fresh cooked food. Everything is cooked fresh and delicious takes a few. Worth it! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Five Guys Style
