Tonight was my first time ever eating at Five Guys, and I have to say, I was VERY pleasantly surprised! At first, I was a little taken aback by the prices, but the cashier assured me it would be worth it—and she was absolutely right. She was so friendly and patient, helped me navigate the menu, and made recommendations based on what I liked. You could genuinely tell she was happy to help, which made such a great first impression. While I sat down with some peanuts and waited for my food, I couldn’t help but notice how great the entire crew was. There were three employees working together, and they were awesome! They communicated, helped each other out, stayed on top of everything, and still made sure the customers were taken care of. It’s not often anymore that you walk into a restaurant and notice teamwork and genuinely good customer service like that. And the food definitely lived up to what I was told—it WAS worth it! From the moment I walked in until I left, I had such a great first experience. Great food, even better service, and an awesome team. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this location. I will absolutely be back and will definitely recommend it to others! Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian options: yes they have a veggie burger!!

Ordered on Uber Eats, they told him they didn’t have our order. He showed them receipt, the order details, they still insisted no order. 30 minutes on with Uber Eats and during that time, they confirmed our order ready for pick up yet still denied the order. 45 minutes after pick up time and we got 2 huge cold soggy cheeseburgers and fries. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
