The interior of Five
Nestled next to Kasukabe station, Five is a quaint cafe located on Kasukabehigashi street that has been gaining attention for its cozy and romantic atmosphere. This hidden gem can be a bit challenging to find, but it offers a relaxing escape from the nearby hustle and bustle. With a focus on organic offerings, including an impressive selection of teas, desserts, and even alcohol, patrons have a wide range of choices to enjoy during their visit. Five also caters to dog owners, as dogs are allowed on the premises.

Visitors have noted the unique community vibe at this cafe, although prior visits suggest it can be crowded close to closing time with regular patrons. The cafe's interior design features large communal tables where visitors might find themselves engaging with locals. Open only for a few hours in the evenings on weekends and Mondays, it's advised to check their Twitter for current operating information due to potential irregularities in hours and days. Sadly, there's no recent word from the owner about further updates or changes.

Five boasts several amenities including gender-neutral restrooms and a wheelchair-accessible entrance, although it lacks a dedicated car park. Despite being cash-only, which might require some preparation before your visit, the establishment remains a popular spot for solo diners looking for a quiet space. Known for excellent table service, Five ensures a laid-back experience with highlights like great coffee and desserts. While some recent feedback has suggested mixed experiences, this café doesn't fail to appeal to those in search of a charming local spot in Kasukabe.

A lovely community cafe. It’s a little hard to find and a bit hard to enter, but trust me it’s definitely worth your time. I would recommend checking their Twitter for opening times and closed days.
