A super nice location, with great staff I was with a few friends and we still had to wait in the area for approx. 30 minutes before going to the Godot Theatre. The restaurant at the bottom of the Bragadiru Palace did not welcome us because we absolutely had to order food, but we only wanted coffee, juices and dessert, and the rest of the places (few) were "closed" to random people because they were hosting events. The Flair Angel Guys: They welcomed us even though they only opened 10 minutes after our arrival. They made us some non-alcoholic cocktails, although that kind of limited their options (from what I understand they are more than passionate). They were friendly from start to finish — I recommend!
