Flama Insuperable es un lugar pequeño con un menú de parrillada, su calidad y sabor es excelente. Tienen mesas en el interior y exterior. Se debe ir con anticipación pues a veces el local está muy lleno el local. En esta ocasión ordenamos cordon bleu, parrillada, t-bone, costilla, sirven una entrada de pan con ajo, ensalada, papa hornada, arroz moro con queso o arroz blanco con menestra. En bebidas el menú consta de cerveza, sangria, jugos, gaseosas. La atención es cordial y buena, el tiempo de espera varía de 20 - 40 minutos. Se puede llamar con anticipación para reservar la mesa y separar platos. Flama Insuperable is a small place with a menu of a steak house, the quality and taste of the meat is excellent. It has outside and inside tables. You must show up with plenty of time ahead because, due to its popularity, sometimes the place is crowded and you must wait for a table to be cleaned. This time, we ordered: cordon bleu, barbecue, t-bone, steak ribs, garlic bread, salad, baked potatoes, rice with beans, or white rice with “menestra” like soup. On the beverage menu you can find beer, wine, juice and sodas. The customer service is great, the waiting time goes from 20 to 40 minutes depending the amount of people there. You can call ahead to book a table and ask the plates to be cooked in advance.
