The staff were miserable, and unfortunately the food wasn’t much better. We ordered two chicken wraps, but neither of them was actually wrapped! As soon as we opened them, everything just fell out into a sloppy mess. My partner’s was exactly the same. Absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted a regular kebab in a pitta with everything falling out, I would have ordered one. Very disappointing and definitely not what you expect when ordering a chicken wrap. Me and my family order from here most friday evenings and go with the flames special. They always have a 20percent discount when you spend over £20 on just eat. The special comes with a bottle of drink a full tray of meats including wings, lamb and chicken doner, adana meat and chicken and lamb shish, humus, chips, 4 Pittas and a large salad. It usually costs us £33 with the discount. Its always delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

Just in this past week I have spent over £100 on takeaway meals from Flames Kebab,the food is always hot,large portions and very,very tasty! But in the last few weeks certain parts of my order are missing they say we will take it off your next bill,which they never do? Also they forget your free Bootle of drink if you spend over £35 which I always do but now taking your order over the phone is getting more difficult everytime because Flames are very busy which is good for them but keep on getting orders wrong, well you might not in the future? I have used Flames over many owners for twenty years but I am afraid I might have to find another kebab House? I live 6/10 of a mile from Flames but they still will not say we will drop basically the bottle of free drink because waiting for the food that was not delivered is not worth waiting for because your already delivered food will go cold and lamb is not nice food cold? So come-on Flames raise your service where it used to be....110% and everybody including this disabled OAP will be very happy!! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner
