Ordered takeout Can’t judge the atmosphere They’d left a very cute handwritten note in the delivery box. Loved the gesture The food was tasty and the menu had variety Meal type: Dinner Price per person: IRR 1–2m Food: 5 Service: 5 Vegetarian options: There were plenty of healthy and vegetarian options. I followed their instructions to book a table and messaged them on Telegram. Then called to confirm. I asked for a 6.30pm booking and I was advised between 1pm-7pm no booking is required. However then I tried to ask what I need to be doing because for sure we would have been staying for longer, I got a response that was not customer friendly at all. The reponse was : من جوابتون رو دادم اول and when I complained why she talked to me like that, she apologized and said oh I thought I could be comfortable with you!!!!! This is the ultimate lack of customer service training for a so-called upclass restaurant. And I said to her no thank you I don't think I would like to dine at this restaurant at all. I am not willing to spend money somewhere with no proper customer service
