Our go-to Italian place in Marble falls was Francesco's until the owner retired and the resturant closed. So we thought we would try Flat Creek Enoteca. We placed the order for pickup and it was ready when it was supposed to be. The food was unremarkable though. Salad was visually pleasing, but was expensive for what it was, a serving of mixed lettuce with a few unripe cherry tomato halves, a few olives and some parmasan cheese. We got the Margherita pizza. The crust was thin, bland and black due to being overcooked. Where it was burnt, it was very bitter. The basil was very thin shreds. It was pretty disappointing.
