If you feel hungry after visiting Mama Ayesha’s Presidential Mural, have a meal at this bar. Most guests recommend trying tasty grilled lamb, lamb cutlets and fried prawns. Come here for good bread pudding, cheesecakes and peach cobbler if you are hungry. Flavorture offers delicious champagne, Mimosas or whiskey among its drinks. (Review for Wedding Catering): We absolutely loved Chef Mac, Pinke, and the entire Flavorture team. We hired Flavorture via the approved caterer list of our venue, Planet Word. We came into wedding planning, shrugging our shoulders knowing that wedding food is usually kind of meh. But Flavorture is playing a different game. At our tasting, every bite of food made us gasp it was so good. Maybe it was wedding bliss, but I have actually never seen my partner react so enthusiastically to any meal. We couldn’t believe we could have food this good at our wedding. When Chef Mac and Pinke came out to greet us, my partner immediately stood up and slapped Chef Mac’s back because he was so grateful for the amazing food. We loved also chatting with them, hearing their stories of why they loved cooking and believed in serving others through food. You could tell it’s a vision and passion for them which made us all the more glad to support them. Throughout the wedding planning process, we communicated freely and Chef Mac and Pinke were incredibly generous with their time. They came to our rental pick-out time to help us choose plates and silverware, offering super helpful feedback on what looked best with each other. They were also extremely generous and gracious with costs, often waiving certain fees or additional costs. It really made us feel supported and cared for. They also gave us FOUR entree options — all of which were amazing. On the day of, their entire staff was professional, attentive, and also fun to be around. The cocktail hour and reception went by seamlessly due to the amazing efforts of the Flavorture team. It actually was a deep regret that on our wedding day we didn’t have more time to eat the food because we were so busy greeting guests - I never got to taste the dessert!! We loved the whole flavorture team and they were an integral part to making our wedding day seamless and meaningful. THANK YOU!

We did not have reservations but arrived as soon as they opened. Upon walking in the door one of the ladies behind the bar said “do you have a reservation, if not sit at the bar” (she then turned and walked away). There was no hello and her tone was distasteful. There was a server who then greeted us nicely and explained that they had a lot of reservations despite the tables being empty. She said nicely that we could sit at the bar. We decided not to stay because the attitude from the bartender completely rubbed us the wrong way. Meal type: Brunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
