OMG! I’ve just eaten a Ginger Tiffan. It was heaven on Earth in a biscuit! I felt like I was in another world of perfect happiness for 30 seconds. That’s all it took to eat. I still have the after taste of the ginger in my mouth. Lovely! It was the perfect amount of sweetness and the biscuit was crunchy. It was perfectly cooked. An amazing culinary experience!
