If only there is a zero star. Cinnamon Red management style is totally different from Cinnamon Grand (CG) or Cinnamon (CL) Lakeside. Dinner reservations to either CG or CL via WhatsApp responded the same day. This cannot be said about Cinnamon Red. Their lackadaisical attitude puts potential guests off. Well, we will go to where our spending money is welcome! Service: 1

Last meal at Red. Went in to celebrate my mothers birthday. Extremely bad experience as they splited our family to two tables. Even having space elsewhere they put "False" reserved signs and refused to facilitate, which they later removed the "reserved" sign and allocated splitte to couple of others. It didnt have any logic. No coutacy. Appeared they were taking revenge from the customers. Food was average too. Came to save some money, but regret my decision now. Last supper... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 6,000–7,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The breakfast we had at the Cinnamon Red Restaurant was delicious and the restaurant was a very pleasant place to visit. The breakfast buffet served at Flavoured, the restaurant at Cinnamon Red Colombo, a hotel in Sri Lanka. This buffet features a wide variety of cuisines, including Sri Lankan, Indian, Western, and Chinese. You'll likely find items that are red or incorporate cinnamon, but there's no set menu. All the dishes were very tasty and all the dishes were well prepared.
