Hi Janiece, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize that your order did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an incomplete substitution order and then have the food quality fall short as well. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate you pointing out the issues with the fish portions, as well as the concerns about the seasoning and preparation of the sides. Your feedback is being taken seriously and will be shared directly with our kitchen team so we can address these inconsistencies immediately.
