Between the last time I came and this time, there have been a lot of changes to the creperie which made it down 2 stars for me. The price of the pancakes has increased (even if it remains completely acceptable) but the pancakes were less good than I remembered (non-uniform dough, less tasty). However, the snails are excellent (although I think it would be good to find another way to highlight them because they get a little lost with the mushrooms) as is the leek fondue). The chairs are not very comfortable... It is mainly the service which is failing (but you should know that they are understaffed). It's slow, but above all the whole table was not served at the same time (i.e. there were only 3 of us). Not to mention an order error where the waitress told us that we were wrong and that it was really what we had ordered (but it turned out that it was the crepe from the back table). The most surprising thing is that it was not this waitress who came to apologize but another (who must have understood that this had irritated us). In conclusion, it's a good creperie but not the best in the region. And the setting is very nice (in the middle of the salt marshes). For that alone, it's worth going! Excellent creperie tested this evening! A very warm welcome from all the staff, the pancakes are delicious, served quickly and the setting is pleasant. Special mention for Morgane, in a perky and facetious mood. We will definitely come back if we return to the area!
