Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar offers an excellent dining experience with creative food, attentive service, and an impressive wine selection. The flight-style menu makes it easy to sample several dishes, while the wine pairings add an enjoyable touch. Each plate was well presented, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was elegant but comfortable, making it suitable for a special occasion or a relaxed evening out. Our server Garrett was an excellent host and was very attentive to us celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Overall, it is a great choice for anyone who enjoys quality food and wine in a refined setting. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60

I have dined at Flight numerous times over a one year period with my coworkers on assignment in Memphis. While my coworkers enjoy the wine variety, I focus on the food since I don't really drink. I find almost every dish I tried to be tremendously over salted to the point of being inedible; even when I request "very little salt" on my steak or any other entree/side dish/appetizer. Since my coworkers still liked going there for drinks, I tried another approach: request "no salt at all", whereupon the chef seemed to take this as meaning a medium amount of salt. While still more salt than I liked, I found it at least tolerable.
