Wonderful service provided by Taylor! Outstanding food and wine. Worth every penny! Highly recommend build your own flights! Heads up Tennessee liquor tax/fee adds up and is separate line item on bill! Halibut and elk were sooo good! The soup flight was delicious! Will definitely return!
We literally ran in to get out from the rain for Sunday brunch. We had not done our homework, we did not have reservations. We saw the menu in the window so knew what the prices were before entering. The staff was gracious & accommodating. The food was unbelievably good. Love the concept of several small dishes - in hindsight would have been full from 2 small plates but we went all in on a full flight. The filet Benedict was so tender & delicious, the duck confit with sweet potatoes & egg was outstanding. The shrimp & grits another winner. Could not finish it all.  We're from the Northeast & wish this place was close by - we would definitely go back.
I really enjoyed my dinner at flight! The wine was wonderful as you would expect!! I started with a soup and salad flight, it was nice to find out you could customize your flights!! My caprese was a nice twist on the classic with strawberries instead of tomatoes, my wedge was a little heavily dressed in blue cheese overwhelming everything else, but the gumbo was excellent.  For dinner I tried the seafood flight which was wonderful. The scallop was my favorite and honestly if I went back I would order that alone!! But the shrimp and grits were tasty and the lobster Benedict was good, great biscuit and runny egg, but the lobster was gummy.  Service was wonderful only drawback was being seated in the wine cellar, as a solo diner I felt like I was eating my last meal.  I was too full for dessert but will be back next month... so maybe dessert wine and sweets will be on the agenda!!
