Not a bad place to take the kids but seriously robbing people blind by insisting on their socks without valid reasoning and the charging £3.50 per pair for somethingnthat they probably get for 50p a pair is a bit much. The venue was clean enough but it was only the 2nd session of the day. Cafe was clean but smelled like a greasy cafe. Plenty of parking but I imagine in peak times it could be hard to park.

went into this place thinking me and my friends were going to have a good time ( bear in mind the price we had to pay), but it was dirty and filthy in the air with the workers being rude and disrespectful but not only just being rude a guy in full black with flip out on his tshirt and wearing a hat started swearing at us and then trying to play it off by saying they didn’t even swear to our faces. once we asked them why did they swear at us they kept trying to kick us out even though we only wanted an answer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Good afternoon, We greatly appreciate all feedback positive or negative however unfortunately your group was actively breaking many of our rules which was putting not only yourselves at risk but others at risk as well and continued after you had received warnings about your conduct and behaviour so you were asked to leave. I always train for freerunning and parkour at flip out Southampton. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone who want to practice flips
