Terrible terrible terrible. We went to have a few drinks and play pool. There was no chalk and the tables were disgustingly dirty. I asked a worker if he was a manager he said he was but offered no assistance in fact tried to walk away. I had to stop him to ask if there was chalk which he said there was at another table and he walked away. I went to check and there was no chalk.. The so called manager never followed up with us and paid no attention to us. The management there is absolutely horrendous. I will NEVER go to this place again, it's a joke and shouldn't even be in business. You're way better off at Brunswick.

Horrific Service and Waste of Money!!!!!!. The first time we went there we went bowling... None of the people working there were willing to help us with getting food, drinks, nor did they tell us where to get the bowling balls. We were placed in a back lane with loud music and a distracting football game playing above the lane. We asked if our waiter would help us purchase another game he said, "you have to go to the front I don't know." We asked another person if they knew our waiter and she said, "I work in games I don't know about bowling or anyone who works here." The second time we went we paid for 2 pool games but they only provides us with one. After talking to a very young and inexperienced manager she put 1 game back on our "flipside" card and could not refund me the one game. I got no apology.. Nothing.
