The place is nice and clean. However, the staff was not very welcoming or friendly. The presentation of the pancakes matched the menu pictures, and the fruit was fresh and tasty. The pancakes themselves could have been better. They had a strong egg taste and the texture was not as light and fluffy as expected. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Flipper’s Brunch Plate ($420): It was such a hearty plate that included a sunny side egg, a currywurst, bacon and 2 pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Most of the bacon I had wasn’t very delicious, but this one tasted perfect. The currywurst was large and succulent. Furthermore, you could also make your sunny side egg over hard. After pouring some syrup and placing the sweet butter in the middle of 2 pancakes, it was literally the true definition of pancake. The pancakes had the superior taste and texture, and most importantly, the maple syrup was the best and most authentic part. Ice Honey Lemonade ($150): The honey is originally at the bottom, so I suggest you stir before drinking. It tastes fizzy, tangy and quite sour but less sweet than expected. In conclusion, it is a renowned pancake chain originally established in Japan. It was considerate of the staff that I was told to wait for the brunch plate for half an hour in advance because it was freshly cooked. To my great satisfaction, it was delivered under 20 minutes. However, the only shortcoming was that the prices were high even though there was a $30 discount at last. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10! FYI, you scan the QR code to place an order. Besides, the maximum time of dining is 90 minutes and the 10% service charge is included in your bill.
