I went to buy a cappuccino today.Stood in queue and waited. Seems the waitress didn't care if there was a queue.She started serving other Greek/well known customers before us. When I got angry and pointed out that we had been waiting 10 mins in the queue, and what was going on as I was confused? The manager was very dismissive. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was THE manager and was asking me to leave the shop as I was getting angry (when I clearly pointed out a favourable service if you were Greek). Clearly customer service is non exisitant. Without asking why I was angry I was asked to leave.Which I gladly did. They cater better if your an Greek (backwards racist mentality)in a central London location which is very diverse and its the year 2020.

Although I liked the Honduras Premium cappucino and had been there a few times as takeaway during the pandemic, I wont be going back again. It is such a shame. I will not spend my money in a rude racist establishment. Much better places around the area which serve good coffee and excellent customer service. They dont care and are very snobby.
