My visits to Flor Fina have been a mixed bag over the past year. Initially, the culinary experience here was impressive with creatively prepared fish dishes that were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly over time. Service is a tale of two experiences: the servers are generally wonderful and make an effort to provide a welcoming atmosphere. However, a recent visit left a sour taste when, immediately after a warm greeting by a friendly hostess who seated us by the bar, the mood shifted due to the manager's aggressive behavior towards her gesticulating with his hands a hat. This not only created a tense environment but also affected our server’s demeanor which lead to an awkward moment that ensued when, under this strained atmosphere, I was asked to remove my hat. As someone who is autistic, wearing a hat has a purpose, I'm sensitive to sudden changes, And I pick up these kinds of tension. This specially felt confrontational and worse, the tall and skinny manager handled it poorly coercing someone else to do his dirty work like a weak man, especially given my previous visits where my hat was never an issue. Drinks at Flor Fina are hit or miss; sometimes they are great, other times just okay. Given the inconsistencies in both food quality and management's interaction with guests and staff, I find myself reconsidering future visits. Flor Fina has potential but needs to find its footing again in hospitality and culinary excellence to truly shine. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Beste Victor, Hartelijk dank voor je feedback. Erg vervelend om te horen dat er zich tijdens je laatste bezoek een incident heeft voorgedaan. Onze welgemeende excuses daarvoor. We vinden gastvrijheid en een goede sfeer heel belangrijk en besteden daar intern dan ook veel aandacht aan. We zullen het hier dan ook zeker nog even over gaan hebben met degenen die die avond aan het werk waren. Ended up accidentally on a Sunday early afternoon.....good atmosphere and good service...we had couple glasses of cava only, but will consider it for dinner or a lunch too...well worth it to try them should be in Arnhem! Meal type: Other Price per person: €30–40 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
