This is by far the best restaurant in Stegna. The owners are an amazing and friendly couple who make the food with love. Moussaka, fish, filled squid, Florentina's salad all excellent. Already been there twice and gonna keep looking for the rest of the week. Cheers

We visited this restaurant during our holiday. They have a wonderful staff, food was excelent, atmosphere friendly and cosy! Definitelly 10/10! PS: the dessert (orange cake was awesome!).

Over-grilled fish. Uninspired. Staff confused. Maybe we went there at a wrong day, but in contrary to most reviews we were not satisfied. Although it started well with a delicious Tirokafteri, but already the Fava tasted stale. Roasted bread ‍ unspectacular. The grilled salmon was heavily overcooked, so was the seabass. The latter to an intense, that one side was extremely crunchy, without the opportunity to filet it properly, while the other side was not grilled at all. Forgot to flip? Therefore one side reasonable, the other really dry and overcooked Side dish (grilled vegetables) ok, but not more. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos except for the well done Baklava. The staff was friendly, too lax with proper mask wearing, but uncoordinated. One plate removed milliseconds after the last bite, while one empty starter plate remained until we went home. Although just 3-4 tables were occupied this caused visible stress. Maybe we had bad luck at that day. But there are plenty of good restaurants at Stegna. Not worth to try Florentina Di mare once again.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για το σχόλιο σας είναι σημαντικό για εμάς ήμαστε ένα καινούργιο εστιατόριο όπου προσπαθεί να βελτιωθεί και να εξελιχθεί συνεχώς ωστόσο για τα παρακάτω λόγια σας δεν είναι και τόσο αληθές,1 το ψωμί είναι χειροποίητο απο αρχαγγελο και με πίτα παραδοσιακή και το ψήνουμε,2 οι τιροκαφτερι την κάνει οι Φλωρεντία και είναι χειροποίητο 3 οι φάβα βράζετε με καρότο κρεμμύδι και Λεμονή Κύριε. 4 τα ψάρια είναι φρέσκα το λαβράκι είναι 500-600 γρ οπότε είναι μεγάλο θέλει χρόνο να ψηθεί και οι σχάρας που δουλεύω ψινει χαμηλά να ξέρετε,όσο για το Σολωμό δεν είμαι σίγουρος αλα ξέρω την σχάρας μου οπότε το θεωρώ λίγο δύσκολο να ξέφυγε μετά από τόσες παραγγελίες από ανθρώπους από όλο τον κόσμο που έρχονται πολλές φορές στο εστιατόριο .5 τον μπακλαβά των έφτιαξε η Φλωρεντία επίσης 6 αν υπήρχε συνέχιση λογικο είναι το πρωσοπικο δίνει μεγάλη έμφαση στους πελάτες του εστιατορίου ώστε να τους αφήσει ικανοποιημένους 7 αν αξειζη να επισκεφτούν το Φλωρεντία ντι μαρε οι πελάτες το αποδεικνύουν με το 90 % της επιστροφές τους ξανά, Ναι υπάρχουν πολα εστιατόριο εδώ αλα εγω γνωρίζω μετά από 20 χρόνια εμπειρίας μου στης κουζίνες τι προσφέρω στους πελάτες μου.καλη καρδιά και αγάπη δεν βλάπτει καλά να περνατε όπου και αν βρίσκεστε με εκτίμηση Φλωρεντία ντι μαρε.
