Pretty much exactly what you'd want out of a small city diner. The burger I had was -excellent-, it and the fries were fresh and hot. The food came out quickly, too. The place was filled with all different kinds of people, lending to a vibrant multicultural city atmosphere, it was enjoyable to see and hear the lively conversations and genuine joy of the staff and other patrons alike. I did ding one star: I went during lunch, and the diner was unsurprisingly busy - my waitress was doing her best to keep up, but I could really have used some napkins and maybe a topoff of my soda. So the one set of suggestions I'd make to the Florissant City diner is to either put napkins on the tables (in a dispenser or whatnot) or to make sure to hand them out with the flatware, and also to have staff be more on the lookout for things like low drinks. All in all though, an excellent experience, and I would happily return! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
