We recently visited Flour Modern Pasta Bar for a date night and had a great experience. The tasting menu was excellent and made for a fun, unique dining experience. Every course felt thoughtful and well-executed, and it was a great way to try a variety of dishes we might not have otherwise ordered. The food was easily the highlight of the evening. The space was a little chilly during our visit, but it was also a rainy evening, so that may have contributed. I also tried the famous tiramisu espresso martini. I had high hopes based on all the reviews, but it was a bit sweeter than my personal preference. That said, if you enjoy sweeter cocktails, you’ll probably love it. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and experience made for a memorable night out. We’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying more of the menu. We went for Happy Hour on Mother's Day (bar only) and were very pleased! Not many places have Sunday HH so this was a bonus! I know there are quite a few unfavorable reviews on here but my experience was great and I will be back! Pictured are my favorite 4 items which were all on the HH specials: Truffle OId Fashioned, Red & Green Pesto Burrata, Crispy Fried Cauliflower, and Crispy Shrimp (our favorite). We also had 2 entrees, Butter Chicken and Mushroom Carbonara. Yes they are small portions but if you know that going into it, plan for it. I will say with everything mentioned above, we both had leftovers to take home. The bartender Tiana was excellent and all the staff was very pleasant. Keep up the good work!
